I assist with team building, enhanced communications, and mission development. My specialty is assisting with troubleshooting and clarifying difficult situations, particularly with non-profits, communities, and arts organizations.

Background, Education and Qualifications

For over 25-years I have worked in the mental health field. I have a Masters Degree in Art Therapy and another in human development. Currently, I’m a PhD candidate in human and organization development from Fielding Graduate University.
My extensive experience includes interviewing and engaging others, facilitating group experiences, and re-organizing and analyzing human and organizational behavior.
